This week was great I loved our speaker he was a Samoan Kiwi. The lecture topic was The Father Heart of God.
The Father Heart of God
Things come into our life that give us a distorted view of God. We need to stand against that and rebuke them!
God wants to RECONCILE and RESTORE!
We can’t do it on our own power we need God!
The speaker gave a illustration that I loved! He talked about how people pick petals off flowers and say “He loves me! He loves me not!” and so on till the petals are gone. But with God when we pick a petal we need to say “He LOVES ME!”, “He LOVES ME!”, “He LOVES ME!” because he never doesn’t LOVE US!!!!
Our past doesn’t dictate our future!
God wants to WOO us! He loves us for who we are!
When God wants our attention he will WOO us he’s the BEST WOOER!
Time won’t fix our hurts, God does!
God can give us 101% attention!
God wants to go deeper in revealing.
The ENEMY is ALWAYS at work! No “on” or “off” switch.
FLEA TEMPTATION!
DON’T ENTERTAIN IT!
MAKE DECISIONS BEFORE YOUR IN SITUATION!
DON’T LET THE ENEMY ROB US!

Other Things This Week
For Valentines Day we decided to give our leader a make over. It was really fun to dress her up and do her make up.
We had a bonfire.
